1. Product Description: PetPen is a unique alternative to traditional dog crates or cages, providing a secure, aesthetic, and comfortable environment for your dog to relax. It features a modern design without bars, constructed using high-quality materials including 3mm i-bond (aluminium composite panels) for the sides and rear, 5mm clear acrylic for the front panel & for the door, and 6mm polypropylene for the base and top. The doors are versatile and can be positioned at either end, hinged to the left or right, or completely removed. The PetPen includes convenient features such as storage slots for the doors and holes for bowl placement & a heat pad cable on the rear panel. It is designed for easy assembly, cleaning, and transport, and is made of fully recyclable materials.

2. Usage and Care: PetPen is intended for use as a secure, aesthetic, and comfortable environment for your dog to relax. However, it is not meant as a form of punishment or to confine a dog that doesn't enjoy being in a crate. While we provide the best for your pet, PetPen is not responsible for any loss, damage, discomfort, injury, illness, death, or costs of any kind because of or by use of this crate. PetPen should be used in accordance with the provided instructions to ensure optimal performance and safety.

3. Size Options: PetPen is available in three sizes to accommodate dogs of different breeds and sizes:

· Small: 70 x 55 x 65 cm (length x width x height)

· Medium: 95 x 70 x 65 cm (length x width x height)

· Large: 105 x 80 x 80 cm (length x width x height)

4. Additional Features: PetPen offers additional features such as easy flat packing for transport, compatibility with PetPen Pod (coming soon) for additional space, and well-ventilated design with warmth from all angles. It provides dogs with security from solid walls while offering great visibility through the clear front panel and door.

5. Purchase and Payment: Customers can purchase PetPen directly through our website or authorised retailers. Payment can be made securely online using various payment methods. Prices may vary based on size and any applicable taxes or fees will be clearly communicated during the checkout process.

6. Shipping and Delivery: We offer free shipping within the UK on all orders above £50. For international shipping, please contact us for more information. Shipping details, including estimated delivery times and tracking information, will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

7. Returns and Refunds: We offer a satisfaction guarantee on PetPen purchases. If customers are not fully satisfied with their purchase, they may return the product within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Returns must be in original condition and packaging, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

8. Warranty: PetPen is covered by a one-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by improper handling or storage. Any unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of the PetPen™ trademark or associated intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

12. Privacy Policy: We will never share any details shared by customers. We may send out emails but you can unsubscribe at any time.

13. Modification of Terms: We reserve the right to modify or update the terms and conditions at any time, with or without prior notice to customers.

14. Severability: If any part of the terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will still apply.

15. Entire Agreement: The terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and the customer, superseding any previous agreements or understandings.

19. Environmental Responsibility: We are committed to sustainability and use fully recyclable materials in the manufacturing of PetPen. We encourage responsible disposal of packaging materials and recycling of our products at the end of their lifespan.
